Week 35

Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew melon). Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete — he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.

Here I am at 8.5 months.

And from the front...

This past weekend Brian and I took our intensive one day birthing and labor class. It was extremely informative and we both learned a lot, but now I'm even more nervous about labor because I know what to expect. I know everyone must say this, but I'm hoping it’s quick with little to no complications!
Tomorrow I have my last biweekly appointment and will let you know if anything out of the ordinary happens.
Sorry for the delay, but I am still waiting to receive the pictures from my baby shower in Jersey two weeks ago. I will post the link as soon as I receive them.
